3. Use of the Platform
For Job Seekers:
- You may create a professional profile, upload credentials, and apply for listed jobs.
- You agree not to falsify qualifications or apply to jobs you are not licensed or qualified for.
For Employers:
- You may post jobs, search and contact candidates, and manage hiring workflows.
- Job postings must be clear, lawful, non-discriminatory, and comply with Fair Work Australia requirements.
- We reserve the right to remove any post that breaches these standards.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Harvest or misuse personal data from the Platform;
- Upload viruses or malicious code;
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
5. Community and Events
BluFutur includes a community feature and events calendar. When participating:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism;
- Do not post offensive, defamatory, or misleading content;
- Use event information responsibly and in accordance with any applicable third-party terms.
6. Training and Courses
- Training listings on BluFutur may be offered by third-party providers. We are not responsible for course outcomes, certification validity, or provider conduct.
- Always verify accreditation or compliance with any licensing authority before enrolling.
7. Fees and Payments
- Basic access to the Platform may be free.
- Certain services (e.g., employer job credits, premium job placement) may require payment.
- Prices are in AUD and subject to change without notice.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

- All content on BluFutur (except user-generated content) is our property or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

App Terms of Use

1. About the App
The BluFutur App provides access to our digital services for:
- Job seekers in skilled trades (e.g. electricians, plumbers, HVAC, carpenters)
- Employers posting and managing trade job listings
- Users browsing events, enrolling in training, or accessing trade resources
The App is made available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is intended for use by individuals located in Australia (and select global regions).
2. Eligibility & Account Use
You must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Register for an account with accurate, up-to-date information
- Not share your account credentials with others
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Post false job listings or misleading user profiles
- Upload malicious software or harmful files
- Harvest, scrape, or misuse other users’ data
- Use automation tools, bots, or unauthorized APIs
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without notice.
4. Push Notifications & Device Permissions
With your permission, the App may send push notifications for:

5. In-App Purchases & Subscription (If Applicable)
If the App includes paid features (e.g. job post bundles, premium visibility), your purchases may be processed via:
- Apple In-App Purchases (IAP) for iOS
- Google Play Billing for Android
All payments are handled securely by the respective stores and subject to their own policies. No refunds will be processed by BluFutur for App Store or Play Store transactions.
